Jeremy Miller

 Jeremy Miller is the Managing Broker of Equity Mill Real Estate, where he provides strategic advisory services to owners and tenants of professional, medical, and investment office properties across the Greater Toledo area. 

With over 23 years of experience, Jeremy has successfully completed more than 800 sale and lease transactions totaling more than 3 million square feet and $190 million in value.

Known for his market insight and results-driven approach, Jeremy combines business development expertise with a deep understanding of local real estate dynamics to help clients make confident, informed decisions. His focus on long-term relationships and tailored strategies has earned him a reputation for integrity, responsiveness, and performance.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Marketing/Management and Communications. While at Michigan, he walked on to the football team, earning a scholarship and contributing to three Big Ten Championships and a National Championship. He was a three-time Academic Achievement honoree and served as Special Teams Captain in his final season.

A proud Holland resident, Jeremy is passionate about supporting pediatric brain cancer research through the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation. 

Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the Toledo Metroparks, and walking his two rescue dogs, Josie and Winnie.
